Who is responsible for your information?
FinCredit360 (fincredit360.com) is the responsible party for the information processed on this website. You can reach us at hello@fincredit360.com for any privacy question or request.
What information do we collect?
- No forms. FinCredit360 has no loan application, sign-up or contact forms. We never ask for your ID number, bank details or payslips.
- No analytics or advertising cookies. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
- Email. If you write to us, we use your address and your message only to reply.
The loan calculator runs entirely in your browser; what you type is not sent to us.
What happens when you click an offer?
When you click “See offer” or “Apply”, you leave FinCredit360. The affiliate network Leadbit records the click so the provider can attribute a commission, and you land on the provider’s website. Anything you enter there, such as your ID number, bank statements or contact details, is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy. Read it before you apply.
What are your rights under POPIA?
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access to it;
- ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, out of date or no longer needed;
- object to the processing of your personal information;
- complain to the Information Regulator.

Will this policy change?
If the way we process information changes, for example if we ever add a form, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
